Registration Process

Registration for CAPoC13 is handled through our online registration portal. A link to the portal will be made available on this page in due course.

Registration Fees

* The student rate applies to registered PhD and Master's students. Proof of student status (e.g. a letter from the thesis supervisor or a valid student card) will be required upon registration.

Registration Includes

  • Access to all scientific sessions (oral and poster).

  • Congress materials and access to the preprint collection (where available).

  • Welcome reception (Monday evening).

  • Lunches and coffee breaks throughout the congress.

Accompanying Persons

Accompanying persons who do not wish to attend the scientific sessions are welcome free of charge. Registration is required for organisational purposes.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation. Brussels is a popular destination in spring, so early booking is recommended.

All of these hotels are well connected to the campus by tram (lines 8 and 25) or by a 10-20 minute walk. Further options are available in the Louise, Flagey and Châtelain neighbourhoods.
