Registration Process

All congress registration procedures must be completed via our online portal.

Registration Fees

* The student rate is applicable exclusively when the student is accompanied by a staff member from their respective laboratory who is registered at the full regular rate.

Entitlements and Inclusions

Delegate Registration (Regular & Student) encompasses:

• Access to all scheduled scientific sessions.

• A digital compendium of the congress preprints. (Note: Physical hardcopies may be requested during the registration process; please be advised that supplementary charges may apply).

• Admission to the Wednesday welcome reception.

• Daily catering, incorporating lunch alongside designated morning and afternoon coffee breaks.

Accompanying Guests:

Individuals accompanying registered delegates, who do not intend to participate in the scientific sessions, may attend on a complimentary basis. Nevertheless, formal registration remains a compulsory requirement to ensure proper logistical arrangements.

Accommodation

Please note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

Participants are entirely responsible for securing and financing their own housing arrangements. As Brussels is a prominent European hub, we strongly advise delegates to book their accommodation well in advance of the congress to ensure availability.
