Submit one DOCX file per abstract using the online submission form below. In the event of technical difficulties, please contact the conference secretariat at capoc@ulb.be.
Abstract Sending Form
To ensure effective follow-up of your abstract, please note that all fields are mandatory.
Authors may submit more than one abstract. Each abstract must be submitted separately.
To revise your abstract before the submission deadline, please email the conference secretariat at capoc@ulb.be. Include your submission reference number and attach the revised DOCX file.
Your reference number will be provided in the submission confirmation email. Please include it in all correspondence concerning your abstract.
